Exciting new proposal

Thank you for taking the time to visit our consultation website. We have acquired an interest in land at Trinity Gardens, Davenport and are bringing forward an exciting proposal for a new specialist retirement community.

Our Vision

Our vision involves redeveloping the site to provide a new Retirement Living development, together with indoor communal facilities, high quality landscaped gardens and on-site car parking.

Project Status

As part of our commitment to community engagement, we are currently consulting the local community and elected representatives on our proposals for retirement living at Trinity Gardens, Davenport. This follows having met with immediate neighbours to the site to explain our plans.

We want to know what you think about our proposals. We encourage you to complete an online feedback form on the website so we can understand your thoughts and suggestions. Your additional feedback will help inform determination of the planning application that has been submitted to Stockport Borough Council.

In-Person Event

We want to be sure our consultation reaches everyone, so, in addition to the virtual consultation, we will be hosting a public exhibition where you can learn more about the proposals and speak to members of the project team.
