The proposed development is located on land at Trinity Gardens, Davenport and will be accessed via two access points, the existing access from Trinity Gardens will be retained and a new access further along will be provided.

McCarthy Stone has acquired an interest in the site and believes it is in a suitable and sustainable location to provide much-needed retirement accommodation for people later in life in Davenport.

Davenport benefits from public transport links with local bus routes and rail services allowing easy access to local amenities and the wider region.
