Timescales

  • September 2024 – Public Consultation
  • October 2024 – Submission of planning application
  • Winter 2024/25 – Leeds City Council undertakes statutory consultation on the proposals
  • Spring 2025 – Leeds City Council to determine the application (subject to change)
  • Autumn 2025 – Expected to start construction (subject to planning)
