Exciting new proposal

We have recently acquired an interest in land at 3 – 15 The Broadway, Haywards Heath and are looking to bring forward an exciting proposal for Retirement Living accommodation alongside new, modern, ground-floor commercial space.

Our Vision

Our vision for the site is to redevelop the site to provide new, specialist retirement accommodation, together with indoor communal facilities, landscaped gardens and on-site car parking as well as replacement ground floor commercial units on The Broadway.

We want to know what you think about our plans. We encourage you to complete an online feedback form on the website, so we can understand your thoughts and suggestions ahead of submitting a planning application to Mid Sussex District Council.

Project Status

As part of our commitment to community engagement we are holding a virtual public consultation between 24 August 2021 – 7 September 2021 to enable local people to view our proposals and provide us with feedback on the plans before we submit a full planning application.
