Exciting new proposal

We have recently acquired an interest in the land at St Peter’s Church at 123 Canterbury Road, Westgate on Sea and are looking to bring forward an exciting proposal for Retirement Living accommodation.

Our Vision

Our vision is to redevelop the site to provide new, specialist retirement accommodation, together with indoor communal facilities, landscaped gardens and on-site car parking.

We want to know what you think about our plans. We encourage you to complete an online feedback form on the website, so we can understand your thoughts and suggestions ahead of submitting a planning application to Thanet District Council.

Project Status

As part of our commitment to community engagement we are inviting resident comments between 25th January- 8th February 2022. We have issued a newsletter that outlines our proposals so local people can provide us with feedback on the plans before we submit a full planning application.
