August – September 2024 – Public Consultation
December 2024 – Submission of planning application
Winter 2025 – Dorset Council undertakes statutory consultation on the proposals
Summer 2025 – Dorset Council to determine the application (subject to change)
Late 2025 – Expected to start construction (subject to planning)
