Draft proposals
McCarthy & Stone’s initial plans propose to redevelop the site with around 73 Retirement Living PLUS (Extra Care) apartments, landscaped gardens and on-site car parking.
More information on the proposals will be available throughout our virtual consultation, which starts on Friday 11th December until Friday 18th December 2020.
