Improving the housing choices of older people in Chalfont St Peter
McCarthy & Stone is proposing to redevelop land in Chalfont St Peter. The plans propose the introduction of Assisted Living (Extra Care) apartments, incorporating a mix of one and two bedroom apartments alongside facilities which form the heart of the development including a residents’ lounge and office for the House Manager.
McCarthy & Stone hosted a public exhibition on Wednesday 10th August 2016 between 3.30pm and 7.00pm at the Chalfont St Peter Parish Church Hall, Church Lane, Chalfont St Peter, SL9 9RJ. The exhibition gave local residents an opportunity to view the plans and provide feedback on the proposals.
