The proposal site sits west of Chipping Sodbury high street which is approximately 300m from the site and offers a variety of shops and amenities including a range of shops and services. The site is also served by a regular bus service, at the corner of the junction with Quarry Road, that offers hourly services to Yate, Bristol and Bath.
