The proposal site is located at land off Mendham Lane, Harleston.

We have worked hard to design a high-quality development which is in keeping with the character of the local area, while introducing new homes to meet the needs of local older people.
Our proposals comprise a Retirement Living building featuring:
- 40 Retirement Living apartments (mix of one and two-bedroom properties)
- 26 car parking spaces for the apartments’ homeowners and visitors
- A communal homeowners’ lounge
- A communal homeowners’ garden
- A guest suite for visitors
- Lift access throughout the apartment building
- Internal mobility scooter storage (with charging points)
- Refuse store
- An Estate Manager’s office
Our proposals also include:
- 4 Retirement Living bungalows (mix of one, two and three-bedroom properties)
- 2 Retirement Living Coach Houses (two-bedroom properties)
- Private car parking for every bungalow and coach house
More widely on the site, the plans include:
- Access for cars and pedestrians via Mendham Lane
- Attractive new landscaping and boundary treatments across the site
