Welcome to our website which aims to provide you with information on McCarthy Stone’s proposals to redevelop proposals to redevelop land at Maelgwyn Road car park, Llandudno, with new Retirement Living accommodation.

Having acquired an interest in the site, McCarthy Stone is now in the process of formulating proposals for it’s redevelopment with high-quality Retirement Living apartments, landscaped gardens and on-site car parking.

Virtual Public Exhibition

As part of our commitment to community engagement, we have commenced a community consultation programme to inform local people of our proposals. Because of the social distancing restrictions in place due to Covid-19, the consultation programme will be directed towards digital and postal formats.

The virtual public exhibition will allow local people to view our proposals and provide us with feedback on the plans before we submit a full planning application. Our exhibition will be available on Thursday 01st July until Thursday 08th July 2021 and all materials displayed at the exhibition will be available to download from this website.
